Welcome to my world of sculpture, paint and print.
I'm first and foremost a sculptor.
Trained in ceramics at Putney School of art in the 1980s, I am still drawn back to hand building and weaving predominantly with wire or willow rather than with clay these days..
During a recent stay in Gran Canara, I used local organic materials to create bespoke Boho lampshades...bringing the garden inside and casting seedhead shadows over the apartment!
These are my very latest projects but look over my site and you will see papier-mâché, metal, basketry and more...
Later this summer, I will begin creating lino and wood cuts for wall paper designs so keep a look out if you want completely unique papers for your home.
I have over 25 years of teaching experience and enjoy leading workshops in creating sculptures of different kinds. My ceramic and print workshops will be available from my home workshop later in the year. All are accessible to complete beginners and/or those of you with experience. Every workshop will begin with a playful and "no fail" attitude; I will help you free your inner creative!
